Strapped on spinning & fly rod holder? Alternative to Scotty 267/266?

I'm looking for a rod holder that can be strapped around a tube like the Scotty 267/26 set up for both spinning and fly rods. This is a single rod holder. The Scotty's advantage is that it has two straps so if one accidentally opens up, there is another strap as back up so that one does not lose a rig. However, I don't mind a single strap version. I realize that Rod Sproket is a sponsor here but don't think that it will work for a fly rod.

Any other suggestions for a strapped on rod holder that can take fly rods?

Thanks.

Here is another sponsor Kim's Rod Holders on eBay. They can do custom builds as well. One list in the attached thread is a fly rod holder.

Yes,
What Jeff says unless you like to do it yourself.
