Estate sale from retiring, company closing or someone die? It might be the superstitious Chinese side of me but I don't buy items from estate sales where someone has passed away no matter how good the deals are. bad joo joo!

And by the way if you do happen to purchase something with bad joo joo the best thing to do is to return it to where you got it from, if you can't do that throwing it in the ocean is next but by no means ever burn the item in question... some say it releases the spirit within the item.

Well I don't think I would want to piss off the fish gods by throwing away a band saw into the ocean so I will build everything with pride and craftsmanship spirit god of wood no voodoo dolls either plus the family needs the money and I believe I am helping out more than thinking I am get a great deal. But the deal is sweet

The band saw is sold but there is so much stuff its heaven over here all kinds of saw routers and planers chop saw sanders anything you can use for wood
