Fished the upper part of the bay this morning for few hours.
in the water by 6:45am and our by 11am.
I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking

Looks like a plastic action minnow, similar to the YUM, with the body already split for the hook to go through. Either that, or a GI Joe doll got torned apart with some coloring on the plastics. LOL
