Amazing underwater fishing video...makes me homesick

Came across this video on youtube guys....shot with a GoPro.

I love fishing in California....but nothing beats a wide open "blitz" like this. I've only been fortunate to witness a few of them, but I was either to far away and missed it or just happened to be on a boat with no fishing rod (I used to be a deck hand on 100 ton commuter/whale watch boats back home and drove by a lot of them).

It's simply amazing when you have thousands of bait fish swimming for their lives with big toothy bluefish and stripers having a feast.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did...this video is sick and definitely just made my day!

Are you trying to watch it from your phone? If so I had the same problem....when you click it don't select youtube to watch it select "Browser" or whatever program you use to browse the web.

I just clicked on it from my laptop and it worked hmmmmm.....maybe the video doesn't want you to watch it lol

Yup, was trying from my phone. I have to wait till I get back to the hotel to watch it.

thats a cool video. i have never done any striper fishing. I now have to put that down on the list of things to do for the new year

oh i also forgot to say they are boiling as well and they are big, like 30-40lbs trying to eat the camra
