Should I Do This?

I just received my Fish Cat 4 Deluxe from Cabela's.
Paid $274 + 19.95 for shipping
Did not open it up yet.
Miller pointed out that Cabela's has the Fish Cat 4 on sale for $99

I have intentions of upgrading to a Prowler and keeping the Fish Cat as a loaner or use it when I need to hike in to the fishing spot.

Should I return the Deluxe and get the 4 and save $174?
The foam seat isn't that bad, is it?

Foam seat isn't that bad,you can always return the deluxe get the fish cat 4 and buy the $50 seat bladder you still save $124.

Well, if the foam seat Doesnt bother you, then sure why not take it back, you can use that money and buy sumtin else. i am going to pick up one of those float tubes for $99 as well

That is your call the savings is big to me, but I think most people like the inflatable seats rather than the foam seat.
The foam seats are harder to dry out after they are used, so the inflatables are a plus so I have heard.

But still $174 is $174 and that is big right now at least to me it is. Just my 2 cents what does everyone else think.

Wow a fish cat for $100 that's what $120 off?? Wow I think I will pick up one for as a spare for the nephew/gf whenever they want to go fishin.

dam i would have got one too i just picked up a new rod so have no money now

I also plan to hit the dock pilings and walls for some (hopefully) monster perch using sidewinder crabs or sand crabs.

Something that I've noticed since I've become interested in float tubing is that in general, the people involved are very willing to share ideas and that there seems to be a lack of egomaniacs thinking that they know everything
It makes for a more enjoyable experience
