Hit the lake at sun up. Got a tip the north shore was the place to fish. Not much of a lake on first impression. Smaller than I expected. I had heard it was a hot bight for trout lately. I saw one guy with a 10 pounder pulled out of the merk and my lines were only nudged a couple of times. Otherwise, all I can say is thank Gawd for Bass Pro Shops on the way home so the trip was not a total bust. Froze my arse off too.
