The small boat hand launch is in front of the Seaside Lagoon.
You park near the short pier and take the path to the right of the pier
I didn't take the tube but did take some pictures
This is looking at the dock
It looks to be about waist deep on the sides of the dock
To the left there is sand with some scattered rocks but shallow enough to get into your tube

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Looking at the launch area from the north
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Looking at Rocky Point from in front of Joe's Crab Shack
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The rest of the main harbor from the same position
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I didn't see any tubers there nor peps fishing from their kayaks
The water was super clear
I think fishing would be better at night because of the clean water
I sent an e-mail to the harbor division to check if tubes are allowed there.
I will post up when I find out for sure
One thing to watch out for, parking can get costly without a validation
I hear that there is a validation machine in one of the bars to the left of the parking lot (near where the sport boats are tied up) or hit up one of the other businesses and see if they will validate. If you patronize them, it should not be a problem
