Clear Lake Bass Fishing

Just a little something caught at Clear Lake on 3/4/12 using an Alabama Rig.

Here is another bass landed on a creature baig at Clear Lake.

Very cool that is a big lake so were the heck is it if you don't mind me asking.

That's the famous Clear Lake in Northern California. Home of the largemouth bass. One of the top bass fishing lakes in the country. The Bassmasters fished here a couple years ago and Byron Velvick caught over 100 lbs of bass. I'm fortunate to like with 1.5 hours driving distance from Clear Lake and the California Delta (the other bass hot spot). The next couple months should be awesome here as the bass move up to spawn. Hopefully more big bass photos to come.
