parking ticket and tubing

I live on a dead end street and I was parked the wrong way and I lived hear for 16 year and never got a ticket for that ever but I still did not get the ticket cause I started to talk about fishingit was something you see in the movies. He was half way done with the ticket and I ask him how much is the ticket he said 49 bucks I I said that's a fishing trip he .and away it went I start going on about tubing and he tore the ticket in half and said this one is on me and deleted it from the system as well I thanked him and said my for real that's so cool of you and told him to join me in the tube I have to set ups and he said thanks but I am afraid of sharks and away he went I was glad to have a fishing on my mind and tubing
So bottom line is you know your a tuber if you can use it to get out of a parking ticket lol

P.S. hope there is no parking enforcement here yet
