Lake Elsinore Parking

Guys just got my first float tube an ODC 420. Thinking of trying out Lake Elsinore on my first run. Have not been there in over 10 years but seems to be a great lake to fish based on the reports. Can anyone tell me a place to park for free around there? I also heard it was free to launch there is that true? Any advice on that lake is appreciated. Want to practice there my kicking before I head out to Big Bear or Silverwood. Thanks

Hey, hey! another Oakland fan! May want to consider perris as a second option. 10 bucks total for the day, good bass, ton of bluegill. plus always good to go with a secend toober for first time out. help with questions, etc. I'm certainly no expert but willing to meet up with you or jerdon hits perris a lot. nice guy, all you have to do is ask when he or I might go again. good luck friend.

Thanks I will do that. I was thinking Perris as well since I heard there is a huge fish die off right now at Elsinore after I posted yesterday and doing research.

I would like to try Elsinore one day, I will look into it as far as is there a launch fee. I think there is but I could be wrong. Good luck at Perris, hey don't miss out on our, Fish Finder Mount Lake Perris Fish Off. Link is below.

You may want to reconsider Lake Elsinore and go with the LP option. The fish are dying by the thousands, looks like mainly carp as the water & oxygen levels and are way down.
