I was thinking about going sown and tubing on of the lagoons down south for spotties. I dont know which lagoon I should fish. confused
Any help would be appreciated

Idk if mission bay is part of the lagoons but i heard its a really got spot!

I fish Mission bay often. i Was thinking about the oceanside/carlsbad lagoons

Yeah. Mission bay is always good it seems like. But sometimes seems like no fish over 14 inches exist there. My biggest spottie out of mission bay was barley over 2lbs. There is huge bass in there but it is such a big bay it is hard to find the big ones.There are also a lot of halibut,cuda,and some decent sized bay calico bass.
