Hey dfroggy54 sorry you cannot make it out, but EMT class should be first. Guys dress warm it is going to be cold in the water out there. I was looking at a tide chsrt today looks like we are going to be on the high tide around 8pm. Is that right or am I wrong just wondering.

rats.. I'm out. Something came up and my wife has to work, so I'm watching the kids Sat night.

I'm going to stop by with my kids for the launch, and to toss in my support and a few lures to the winner's pot.

On a related note.. I am free to fish on Friday and Sunday morning. It looks like it might be chilly.. but I'm up for either the LAB, concrete jungle, Dana Point? Any takers?

Im going to try to be there.

Jeff, the time associated with the HT reading is the top of that tide. From that time marker a LT will begin.

So from 8ish on it will be water going out not coming in.

HT starts around 230 that day. Tops out at 8ish then heads out again. A little over 4ft over the duration. Should be good. Getting close to a full moon too so if water clarity is with you odds are stacking to be nice conditions. But the cold sucks.

Anybody who is going to the gathering from the Riverside/IE areas? Let me know if you want to carpool and share gas. I will drive and I have room for 1 person and gear. I hate making that drive solo. I will be coming down the 10 or 60.

Wish I loved quads and sandrails as much as I love fishing!!!!! I am much closer to sand then water!!!

I know what you mean, I have been working out there in desert hot springs the past 2-3 weeks now and it sucks. I think next week I'll be staying out there for couple nights so we should do a ninja session lol
