Tubing On Vacation...

So i am going on vacation next week and am planning on bringing my CUMBERLAND and we are going to San Diego then from there somewhere in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and back home. i am looking forward to San Diego i just don't know where i can launch or be. I really want to catch a spotty since it seems there is none in the Ventura County harbors. if you guys know of any lakes in this states let me know! Thanks much Appreciated!!
