When you guys float the bays at night are the patrols enforcing a Navigation light on the tube ?

Been thinking about going back to my old stomping grounds in Alamitos bay at night
its been 20 years or more.
They used to force you to have a light
Just a head lamp would be nice

Like a mentioned earlier. It was required 15-20 years ago.
