6am to 12noon weigh in.

The winner will be getting a brand new Custom wrapped rod that I'm working on, 6'8", perfect for a float tube, 10-20lb, with good backbone. Built on a carbon fiber and graphite blank. Acid wrapped! I will post pictures of the finished rod in about a week.

Ok the buy in: I think to keep it cheap enough $10 should be good. I hope to get at least 15 tubers interested to break even. If you catch the fattest fish you win the custom rod! Simple as that!

Heaviest fish. You need a photo with digi scale to prove it at weigh in.

Just an update on the rod, I should be finished with it by this weekend and have some photos to share with everyone. Hope you guys like it, I do!

This thing is on acid! Static tested last night and loads up nicely! Working on the decorative stuff today and tomorrow...stay tunned.

Ok guys, here is the finished rod for the gathering on the 26th in NPH.  Hope you guys like it.

Built on a hybrid blank, Phenix split grip, custom spun grips, ALPS checks, SIC Guides, acidly wrapped. Red and black trim wraps.  Black and Silver Tiger Wrap in the split grip section.

Someone is going to walk away with it for $10!!!!!!! on the 26th.
