I was surf fishing in capo beach right next to Doheny State Beach, we caught about 10 surf perch and about 3 leopard sharks. But what I thought was the coolest catch that I caught a stingray which Ive never had caught one before.

That is cool bro, that is something I want to catch, not the sting ray but the leopard shark. I want to get a picture of me holding my a leopard shark that I have caught that will be my new Avitar once it happen's

Salt Creek and Strands is full of Leopard sharks if your looking to score one. Ranging in size from 8" - 2'. Little guys are all over the surf, used to kick them by accident all the time paddling out.

I have gotten quite a few leopard sharks and guitarfish from the san clemente beaches over a few years. Mostly juveniles tho.

I have yet to have a successful surf outing. I've tried it a few times but not much luck.

I caught mine with squid. I havent caught one in a little bit tho. Ive mostly been using sandworms for perch.
