I happened to come across this interesting concept of a rigid float tube, for lack of a better name.

I watched the video, and it looks like a great idea. They don't have any dealers yet, so I guess you'll have to wait a while to get one.

Looks like a drag to row, but easy to power and store.
1200 bucks seems a bit pricey tho.
