9/01/2014 LAB report + late report

Went out to the lab this morning for about 2 1/2 hours.  Drop shotted a 3" fools bait and threw a jighead with 3" grub on it for a total of about 10 fish.  The fish hit both setups about equally.  2 small hali's, 1 sand bass, 4 calico's, and 3 spotties if I remember correctly.  No pictures today because I forgot my gopro but here's a shot of a nice butt I got last week.  Not sure exactly what size but looked definitely legal and had some heft.

Did you see any mackerel in the harbor?

Thanks.  I'm starting to really like dropshotting.  Wasn't long ago that I never did it.

Thanks.  We definitely got to get out more.  Especially with this nice weather we've been having.
