Lake perris yesterday

Hit up LP yesterday for the first time sense Feb and I can't believe how low the water was. It was down a good 20ft.
Lunch at boat ramp and hit the points around there for a few hits, bass boats working area too for nothing. Kicked over to the island worked and worked the points there for a few more hits and couple blow ups on top water.

Fished from 6:30 to about 1pm when the winds got to bad. Ended with 1 small one, solid little 2lber.

Water temp at 6:30 79.5 and ended at 81.8

Thanks for the Report Miller , I am expecting the top water bite to go off the chain really soon . the last time I was up the fish where hammering the smaller shad out to 15ft in the water column . Seems like they wanted more of a popper the other day over a walking style bait . Also the plastic bite has not really been on Fire , they have been really wanting to chase baits . Why the Crank Bait and Bama Rig bite is so good .

I would like to get out Monday if at all possible , I am off today but I think I will just relax and enjoy my Sunday of football
