Hello all. My name is Mark Owens I am stationed in San Diego, CA
I have been here for going on six years and have just discovered float tubing. hope to learn a lot and fish even more.

I can't wait to fish SD for the first time this early summer. I hear it goes off for Sandies, Spotties and the occasional legal Hali. Word is the fish are bigger down in SD bays

You will learn a lot from the tubers on this forum!
