Hey Whats up everyone!!!

quick report from yesterday in newport bay

Launched at 515pm with Gene screen name, something "AVOCADO" forgot what he said....
Back in 920
Temp, mild, fish finder is down   so couldnt tell
Water clarity, about 3 feet, lots of trash in the water, no bueno..
Setup, 2500 6lb test 1 odd hook with weighted hook with fluke, 2500 30lb braid drop shot, caenen with 30lb braid KROC, 2500 sonora, 10lbs test 1/o hook split shot live bat...

Landed 7
Lost 4

no doubt Jerdon, almost legal.....the biggest ive caught was pushing 22 nothing to measure so through it back i can almost assure it was a legal one....but ddint want any problems, just my luck i have DFW waiting for me lol

Thx miller and I dont...a bit far. I get off at 430 and want to b on the water asap. I did the jungle and it took me a bit over an hour to get there...no bueno...but down to meet...ill just have to ask to leave at 4pm...my buddy goes there on Saturdays.....says its good...

Cool, yeah I don't blame you for hitting the closest spot. To bad my work schedule doesn't allow me to get out during the week anymore, those are always the best times to go

For sure bro traffic is light during the week specially in newport anx with summer here im sure its gonna get alot busiest too.....im suppose to hit dana wharf th I saturday but if not might do the lab...my buddy is shooting out there tomorrow....ill keep u posted

Great meeting you Tony and and fishing together. First time at NPH and had a blast catching my first NPH bass and even a small octopus. Thanks for tips on setting the hook on bay bass by leading first, and I owe you a bag of Zoom flukes .

U guys hittin newport this weekend? Im a hit u up then because i might just be down to roll down there if u guys dont mind!

im headed to Newport this weekend but renting a skiff with the wife, convinced to come with....but next saturday the 22 i might b down....but next wednesday for sure...come on out...
