6/25 SOLO Rider, NPH spotties, sandies hali.....

Hey Everybody!

Hope all is well, it had been a while since i had been in my tube, finally had an opening this Saturday and it wouldnt dissapoint....

Launched: 6:30am
Out 10:30am
Caught 12
8 Spotties with 3 legals and the rest shorts, top one was about 16inches
3 Sandbass
1 Halibut

Thanks for checking it out, back at this wednesday if anyone wants to come out  

Also, hitting a 3/4 from Dana Point on Sunday the 3rd with Pacifico, GT maybe Marllon, my boy Osc, if anyone else wants to Join, lets rock!!!! see if we cant get some fish for the BBQ on the 4th

Looks flat calm with the fish on the chew. The harbor calls, but life says otherwise lol.

As for our trip on the 3/4 day, it was good, we left the dock just to have to come back and pick up a guy who was late lol...then the boat decided to go south all the way to Oceanside LOL...long drive, both the SeaTrek and another boat from Oceanside were there...stayed for a bit there and started moving back, first stop was a bit slow..had about 3 or 4 calicos the wife picked up one...kept moving back towards dana point....2nd spot, picked up 1 maybe 2 LOL...slow...wife none....3rd sport was the good one, must of caught atleast 15 calicos LOL..wide open for my wife myself and GT, GT was on FIRE, it seemed that every cast we were getting fish, ended the day with 5 keepers and between me and my wife about 30 calicos...lots of shorts....almost had jackpot with a SANDBASS...dude beat me by a hair hahah all good will get the next one...

Equipment for this trip
Me : Daiwa LEXA 300 50braid to 20 flouro paired with a 7-11 Kencord swimbait rod, throwing plastic

Wife; Shimano Sahara 300, 30lb braid to 20 flouro, size 2 mosquito hook, live bait, Anchovies

Now time to start fishing San Diego Boats, lets GO!!

Lol...next bbq for sure come on out and its the closest to orange I could find lol....looked and looked....lol..always looking for new orange gear....thanks bigfish
