Hey Jerdon, too bad we weren't fishing salt. Some of my spots are really biting. 30 to 40 spotties would be a piece of cake. Oh well.

My boys tell me the salt bite is on FIRE till like the 14th of July. Then it's just going to shut down,

It is what it is and all we can do is what we do, sure the spot bite is on fire but how many of those are going to hit the 10" spot?

Who is scared of saltwater ? there maybe numbers but not quality right now ... it will be a fun day for sure ... now this weather will be a big Deal , the thunderstorms have came in early this yr and it will play a huge roll ... Time to Adapt Boyz

LOL......anyone who says that 2 + lb Spotties are not quality obviously never has fished for them. Pound for pound Spotties fight harder than largemouth.

that's a debate I am willing to have .. BTW where is team saltwaters leader ? Oh Pavo where are you ?  I see Freshwater's Team lead here and catching 4lbers ... its ok if you want to give up now salt boys . Would save you all the Embarrassment now

This is fun to watch all the trash talk, so I mentioned maybe with this contest we would do a biggest fish caught offer as well. So biggest fish in weight on the day will recieve 2 free spots in the Classic Accessories Cumberland fundraiser. This is biggest fish of any speicies now back to the trash talk everyone.

You don't need live bait to catch mud marlins.
