Hi everyone, as title says I'm new to the forum. Been fishing out of a float tube for quite a long time. I have gone through two caddis type float tubes. One of the round doughnut type, then a U shaped one. Both those tubes succumb to the elements and fabric eventually gave out.
I currently have an older Fishcat 4 blue version with foam seat and back, still in good condition and has lasted quite a long time. Also have a old Fishcat Streamer XL which I love to fish out of, super comfortable and dry.
Currently in the market for another pontoon, the Outcast Pac 1000, it's to do multi day floats on the river, hopefully in the coming year.
I tend to lean towards fly fishing, although I do enjoy all types of fishing. Anyhow I'm looking forward to participate on this float tubing forum.
