New to FTF and love creeping

Just signed up. Love float tubing. Will be fishing this way more often. I have a radical lil setup works well.
Fid it better then boats as i can pack into spots most cant.
Ive been into some serious water and she holds up rather well im currently looking at inline propulsion to add to er. Will post some pics up shortly.

We sorta have a great group of float tube anglers that bring a lot of experience to the table.

Fish n float outa london ont with shumway.
Its great fun. On a side i have some pics of my setup just having trouble doing so. Lol

I have found two that would work amazingly but would have to make the mounting under the seat.
Speeds are 1 to 5mph i think thats more then perfect as to not stress the integrity of the tube. Turning is controlled by calf fins instead of feet fins.

I have thought about using a plywood frame mounted under the tube, directly under the seat,the same size as the seat as a mounting point. This way the tube sections would be unimpeded. Can you share more?

Sure. Keep in mind the tube weight restrictions. Plywood in my eyes would be disastrous due to weight and absorption and drag in water. Be kinda couter productive. I was looking at layerd carbon fiber. Using a foam core you can make a mount that
Could be light weight and have lil drag in water.
Its amazingly strong and light weight and cost effective. Thats what im looking into atm

What were you thinking for propulsion?
The only thing I had in mind was a 30 pound thrust trolling motor.

Yea thats a bit heavy lol. Theres inline and or pod thruster pods woud be on the outer l n r of tube. In line under the seat. I think it be better. But thats what iam thinking. Also the lighter the better....
