So our Instagram account recieved a questions about DIYing a seat on a Pontoon. Here is the question.
I have an colorado xt, I was wanting to have it ride a little higher in the water. Anyone add anything like PVC tubes or boat bumpers under your seat attached to each pontoon to help it float? I weigh 255 so I am under the weight limit for the boat. Just seeing if there is anything out there.

Any ideas would be helpful and I will be sure to pass them on.

Perhaps ... attach (some how) the same type of Styrofoam; as supplied with the Cumberland seats, on top of your Colorado XT FT seat.
This would raise you up and it would also allow your FT to remain lighter than using ABS or PVC pipe for tubes.
