myself i use mostly soft plastics in the harbor when tubing drop shot or or lead head with swim bait or tube baits.
i love using live bait but it takes a while to get em and sometimes hard to hook them with sabikis because there mouths so small.
been using jacksmelt either flyline with a 1/2 ounce egg sinker or drop shot i seem to catch more fish this way.

I have been wanting to live bait fish but i am with Bob. I think there is a satifaction in knowing you did it all right when you land those fish.

I've been sticking with soft plastic tube baits when pitching docks and pilings. I use a second pole with a plastic swimbait on a lead head to cast out towards the open water and slow retrieve.

I love the challenge of finding the right combinations of color and bait style. Still working through it, but I certainly feel that my understanding has improved. I bring two poles as well, one for a HUB and the other is for swim or tube bait.
