Earplugs and Tubes

Adding Foam to Your Bass Fishing Tubes is a freshwater technique but we all know it could work in the saltwater as well.  So I found this inline recently from Wired 2 Fish, (a great place to find info).  They were talking about adding foam earplugs to your tube baits.  Seems like a pretty interesting idea and thought I would share it here.  
Has anyone tried it or are you going to try it?

It looks like a convenient way to add floatation.

I’m digging this idea. I’m definitely gonna try it. Have a few places this could be effective for some spotties. Thanks for sharing. Always willing to try new techniques.
