It was not an open bite by any means, they made me work for every-single-one-of-them and to top-it-off they sliced my hands and fingers-up pretty darned-well ta-boot!! My hands were so tender from being gill sliced that three fish actually got away from me after being landed and on my board.
I was bleeding more than the fish were on this day!

I am pleased with my fish count after the amount of time and energy that I put into this session.

To finish off this season Toby, my goal is to land two more legal halibut, which will reset the bar for myself at (7) seven legals; from a float tube, for a season.

I will be out there every Sat, Sun and day off attempting to make this personal goal happen.

The water temperatures are finally back back down to their maximum optimum temperature of 68° inside the inner harbors and the large-leaf kelp beds should commence their re-growth or their re-generation again for their 2nd growth of the season this year, which should allow for more structure for the fish ... in my favorite fishing areas.

Get your honey holes back producing

I’ve got my fingers crossed that this is what will happen.

We are pass due for a session of our own don’t-cha-know ... agree?!

Oh yeah Jerdon,

I did get-in a couple of days of doing what-it-is that I really enjoy doing and I was also lucky enough to catch a few fish as well for my efforts!
I believe that I landed 64 fish on this particular weekend.
