This April in the midst of a pandemic the saltwater guys seemed to be putting on a fish catching clinic. Great for all of us to see.

That said, this April's catch of the month goes to SP Dan and a 25”  Halibut pictured below.

I am both honored and pleased to accept the "April's Fish Of The Month" ... for the recognition of, and in-behalf of this 25" studly Halibut's absence ......

Note: It did desire to be present for such a humbling recognition ... but sadly enough ... it was not able to be with us here today ... BUT it did want everyone to know this ...
that it is still out there in the Pacific Ocean; swimming around and doing what-it-is that Hali's do best ... and still luvin'-it!!  Cool lol!

Note: The hook is still-in-place and fish is being secured-in-place with my Boga-grip until after the photo moment.

These are tough fish to control, I usually get a good Hali Baptism! 🌊 What a Face 💦lol

Heyyyyy,

That fish looks just like the one I farmed last year out of the same Honey Hole!

Maybe next year when I catch him he (or she) will be 30 inches!
