Today was fun. Its been a year since I was on the water and it was nice to be back. I ended up catching 3 spotties. One of them almost took the rod off my hand. All in all a good time.

Those spotties are vicious! Glad you got a few after so long. The water must've felt great. I can't wait to get back out there in August. Traveling and visiting family so no fishing in July for me.

Yeah, I caught all three on the fly. I'm fishing a 7wt outfit. That spottie almost took the rod out of my hand.

Yeah, bro let me know when you want to hit it up on the fly together. I've never fished Huntington harbor, it be cool to check it out sometime and fly fish it.
