I saw this on Amazon..  It looks great, especially for the cost but it is from China so...  I was just wondering if anyone here has seen or used it.

A local tuber has one. He likes it. My impression is that it is not very fast on the water compared to some other tubes - but then I have not used it myself so I can't tell for sure. It may be that he just paddles slowly.
