Yup the line started at 3am that weekend , Every weekend during summer will be like this, just worse with the holidays . the lake will be shut off to Personal water crafts by 10:30-11am most days via there social media and Day use by 12:00 - 12:30pm. Also $20 entrance fee and they where requesting all watercraft to only enter via Ramona Expressway.
