First time out

Not sure if this goes here so jeffcpr if you need to move it go ahead.

My son (as you can see is my fishin buddy, he is called "mini hbar" on another site, so I guess here let's call him Devil pup). Anyway secretly I've been planning on taking him out on my old tube, I was able to get it back from my dad who said he wanted to get into it but never did. A few weeks ago we tested it at aunt's pool and amazingly he got around pretty good. Well now he's back from summer camp bored most of the day, so we packed up some stuff and off we went.
Even though we didn't catch anything he was excited to be out there with me, he was actually laughing his butt off at one point, can't wait to see how well he moves around once he gets some fins.

I'm sure he does want to go back, just got to give my knees a break (some of you know my issues with them and what I'm going through). Anyone know of some smallish fins that can be donated to him, maybe next time he can pull me around. As you can see in the first pic he was tethered to me. Lifeguard on duty thought it was cool I was doing this with him.

He wears a kids 2/3, not sure what that translates too in fin size, he's 10 1/2 and growing.

It's what I started calling the "cement hole" aka Hansen Dam "aquatic center", it's the 9 acre squarish hole next to the pool that can be seen from the 210 fwy.
