if you want to reply to a current thread you hit the "post reply" button.
if you want to start a new thread, you go to "open for discussion"
then hit the" new topic " button.
they both will post your comment to the forum for everyone to read.
there is a chat room attatched to the bottom of the home page.
and you can also PM or private message the other members.
