Is anyone using the 420 Ultralight?  I like the idea of an 8lb set up, but my worry is an inflatable seat and no spreader bar! Seems like the pontoons would collapse towards each other as I am considerably "Bottom Heavy"!!!

I notice from your avatar pic that you ride a Cumberland. Don't expect that this lightweight will be comparable. Nice Sculpin, BTW.

I have a Cumberland and I like it but, it messes up my back as I have had 3 surgeries. I am exploring something with an inflatable seat to see if it works for me a little better. I don't like any of the seat modifications I have seen so far, so I figure I'll just get something that comes with an air seat and give my cumberland to my brother as he has gotten into tubing recently!

There might be an inflatable replacement for another tube that might fit the Cumberland. I tried the cut-and-replace a section and don't recommend it.

Have you tried changing your posture while fishing? No doubt, you have.

I just ordered an inflatable seat bottom for the Fishcat 4 Delux. I am going to give it a shot and see if it fits the Cumberland. Kind of an expensive experiment at $50 bucks a pop! I will let you know how it goes!

With my back problems I don't know if any tube will be better for me. I might just be spinning my wheels here but I figure I'd give it a try.
