Orange County Chapter Gathering

yah man the more the merrier, i figure since the chapters are just starting out we can get a big gathering going. just becuase it seems like it was harder to get people going to gatherings. so since this is pretty close to home it is easier. so anyone is welcome but this is technically a oc gathering also lol

Also i was thinking a couple things for after fishing. i figure if we launch at like 6 be doen around 11-12 we could either bust out a bbq, but im not sure if we can in that parking lot. so...if we cannot i do own a hookah lounge in huntington beach on beach blvd we can go there and bbq chill and if anyone is down to smoke hookah its always good if not you dont have to lol. we also sell cigars like higher end so if thats ur posion yah u can buy those. but id like to get everyones idea on after fishing thing to do. espically you tonyg

im down for a BBQ, we did it at Jess Ranch lakes, we'd have to look into ther regulations for this beach....

but again if anyone else has ideas for this gathering, throw them out there....

So i got a couple guys from my work that floattube and i told them about it they all said it would be epic to go and will probably be able to go. these are shimano people. ill see if i can get them on the forum also but i dont think these guys are forum people. they are all reel repair guys.

Very cool but if they want to participate in the prizes they have to be members and sign in on the list.

Ya i agree that has been a standing rule on all events. They are always welcome to hang out but they need to be member to compete for the prizes.

I want to say this should be the rules for the fish. but i am going to knock it down 2 inches to 12 inches to make the fish eligible for worthy, because laltly i haven't been getting much over 9 my self i got a couple 13-15 but more dinks so 12 brings more people into play.

Ok so i called the coast guard and they said we cannot bbq in the parking lot there, he said he had no issues with us using it for setting up and parking and what not if there is space thats fine.

So for meeting place i say we should go to my hookah lounge which is in huntington beach, unless someone else has a place to meet after we fish.

We can bbq at my lounge watch tv eat and smoke hookah. i might charge a little for everyone to smoke if they want to. but if you dont want to smoke np.
