Irvine Lake 1/31/15

What's up fellas, Here is my video report for Irvine lake. I have to say It feels good to spend the day out on my float tube. I hit the Bite On Bonanza Trout Tournament and It was not looking like tournament I got there about 10pm and I was the 3rd one in line, by 3:30am cars finally started to pull in into the parking lot.
The bite was good . I had a lot hit n' runs a few lost and a few that made me say things like FML over all it was a beautiful day with blue bird skies and water temp marking at 58*-61* up till 1pm and then the winds kicked in . I did not win anything on the tournament but sure beat the skunk over the head with the first few seconds after casting my first cast

Thank you wiseguy, Having a recording device rigged on your tube or on yourself is awesome, it can be a pain in the BASS at times but once you catch that moment on video its like trout porn lol!! naw but on the reels wiseguy I have an idea that you can do if you ever do get a gopro.

Thank you Tony, I did a common mistake, I did not re-rigged my set up other than that it was a good day

Another great video. I subbed your channel.

I didn't realize there was a tournament on Saturday. That explains why it was so crowded. I spent the whole time cruising around trying to find a spot to fish where someone wasn't already and avoiding boats. I also got all the way to rocky point before I realized I forgot my cutters and pliers.

Rough day for me.

As for Saturday, yea that was the tournament that was suppose to go down last week but it was reschedule due to the high winds. That sux when you forget something, I know a lot of us have done that.
