Scotty FF Mount question

I'm looking to mount a Humminbird 170 FF to my 9' WaterSkeeter pontoon.  There are two Scotty mounts available that I see that could work. One is a universal mount that looks like it will be versatile if I change finders.  The other is a swivel mount, but only has 4 screw holes.  Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these Scotty products? I don't have access to tools enough to be able to make a DIY one by myself.  I would be grateful for your input.

Sorry no experience with the scotty FF mount only the rod holders. The have pretty god products but have you seen the fishfindermounts.com set up mighy be something to look at as well.
