I have not been to Perris since the 5th of May when I met up with GT and Litefoot, but the water was 63 when I got out. Based on my notes from previous years I can't imagine the water is less than 65 or more than 71 degree right now. Hopefully someone has been ther and can pinpoint it for you.

I hope this helps.

I was out last Friday in 11&12 and the water at 11am when I left was 70 ..  water was super green and expect the water too be turned up a bit after the washing machine of this last hot weekend and people flying around the island again now ... I caught several fish in the 3- 4.5# range . I will tell you one thing most people are fishing shallow  , but I am not most people in my fishing style  Twisted Evil

Thanks man. Appreciate the update. Ya, they all want to pull them out of cover in 3 foot of water, but this time of year, with the stutter start Summer and those water temps, I'd be fishing deeper too.
