Just saw this today from Venom Lures.  I just like the way this is set up.  I am sure it would produce in the right situation.  What do you guys think.

I have seen this type of set up advertised as a Tokyo Rig or Punch Shot rig. I suppose it would work, but am not sure when I would need it. It looks like a very short drop shot to me.

It's just the Tokyo rig with a tube. Pretty cool, it'll work.

It's mainly used for flipping and pitching. I've never used it but have seen fishing shows where it's worked well.
