Ok guys I am liking these 2 ideas for this event.
1. Pick one day out of the week that member's will be fishing.

2. Saltwater Spotties, Calicos, and Sandies all count for Saltwater.

I do remember one year we included small mouth bass as well just putting it out there.

We need to start a list on who is interested and for which side. If you have questions post them here.

I think the addition of Small Mouth Bass is a good idea. I am up for the Saltwater team.( hope I do better this time around).

Crowds is not good this is why I have been doing evening sessions during the week. Also the reason I think we should allow members to choose there days to fish.

OK so far seem like we are good with the all saltwater bass and adding small mouths as well. Remember this is a tram event. The team with the most bass wins.

Yea, the bass lakes should be a mess too over the weekends. Let’s hope the county doesn’t issue another stay at home order in the near future

sorry but i kind of do hope they issue a new stay at home, today on the water was a S**t show and when i got to the beach there was 500 people on it and not 1 person had a mask. nobody in the water or on beach and were still allowed to fish, the shut down was heaven to me. peaceful, i was only person on water, 20 to 25 fish a trip, easy parking. stay safe out there. doesn't seam like anybody cares anymore

I'm all for fishing in solitude...but i'd prefer this event to have as many fishing options as possible. It'd totally suck to have the fishing spots closed down prior to this event.

This is the challenge I don't want this to become a gathering for the teams. We can do this safe and make proper choices fkr our own safety. So I like the idea of you pick your day to fish. As I think fishing during the week if possible makes better sense in so cases.

If the situation worsens and the counties start closing waters, it might cause people to stack up on those areas still open. Hopefully it won't resort to this, but it might be wise to focus on scouting lesser used bodies this time around.

Or at least quieter times to be out.

YO Dog, missed you.........I prefer weekdays, harbors can get rowdy on weekends. With beaches closed, people will be boating more.......I like the fact we could pick our own day to fish during a week time period.......anything with the bass name attached is fine with me............GT

Well then ... the first question I’d have to ask myself is ... is this a local SoCal SW, FW event only or is it a USA event or an international event?

I see a need for trout to be added. There is a preponderance of bass in our events down south.

If we are doing fw vs sw just use the same species list and size limits we had for the tournament series. We are fishing only one day it is still a challenge. This way it might be easier to fill the teams. I know I will participate for the reel men Team Saltwater lol! lol! lol!
