8 Fans Waders

So I have a new brand of waders from a company called 8 Fans.  They are chest high waders and what I can see they seem pretty well built.  I will be doing some reviews of them soon so stay tuned.

I bought some 8 Fans hip waders to use for salt water sessions, rather than my more pricey Dryft chest waders.

I am not happy that there is only one pocket available and it is INSIDE at the front of the waders. the pocket is not able to be sealed and waterproof like those with the Dryft. The zipper location also makes it difficult to access the pocket.

there are no outside pockets, no d rings, etc. with which to clip pliers or other tools.

they did keep me dry. they were scuffed up by the float tube and i was not able to get the dark marks off of the light colored waders.

i guess you get what you pay for. i will use them when fishing in salt water, but i will bet there are better options available.

Good to know I was thinking about getting the wader pants as well.

I really enjoyed wearing my custom-fit Wader-Skins … super comfortable!
I was able to stay out in the water for approx 10 hours when the water temperature was at 55°.
