Not sure about the rough neck, but if you go to the outcast website you will see that all 3 boats are almost the same in weight, material, shape, and size. The prowler is a little bit bigger and has a few misc extras like removable seat storage, a little bigger, and can handle a small amount more weight, but other than that is pretty much just the same as the Super fat LCS.

Hey guys
I am huge fan of Buck's Bags products. They are one of THE original float tube and pontoon kick boat manufacturers.I have owned their products for 25+ years. I have my eye on the Roughneck as my next purchase. The best thing about this company is the service and the best thing about their products is their resilience. These boats are bomb proof and they last! ( they are heavier, but...)

The Roughneck represents the progression of the float tube from bladder and shell to inflatable hull.( mini Zodiac) Smoother, less water drag, which means faster, ( and less fatigue) Simpler, no outer shell, again less drag, Safer, more puncture proof, NO outer shell blowouts, More rigid, higher floating ( No Bowing!) which means a safer, dryer ride, and again, LESS DRAG! Resilient , this boat will last.

This boat is the next trend in float tubing. Watch the rest of the industry play catch up to this boat.

nuff said?

PS I can't wait for the pontoon version!!

I don't know there bodfish. The Scadden Outlaw Escape is the boat I am leaning towards. It looses the battle in price but I think wins out in warranty and weight capacity. I f all goes well after the first of the year its the boat I will buy. I am going to hang up all these bladder tubes. I have had enough with them. For the amount of fishing I do, I need something that can really hold up to the mileage.

Just my .02 Very Happy

Waxon, is that the hybrid float/pontoon looking one? $700 but with no bladder, looks like a mad max float!

Hey guys,
Scadden Outlaw ? Oooh yeah! This man has been building white water rafts for years and his entry into the inflatable tube market has turned it upside down! His designs are the most innovative and the Best! ( and they are soooo cool looking!) Unfortunately they are also the most expensive. If and when I can afford one I will definitely look hard at his boats. Until then I still like what the Roughneck offers, for a fair price.

Yes the price tag is the painful part. But when I add up the tubes I have gone through and the costs I still need to make to stay afloat, it's not as bad as it appears. That lifetime warranty is what I like. We'll see. If things go well and I get one I will be the guinea pig for us all. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The Scadden Outlaw Escape is one sweet looking tube. Wish there were running waters near by to take that puppy on.
