by law yes you would have to register it but i dont see how anyone would be able to see the motor ?
that thing would be awsome for fishing the bays.

They claim it will fit in your trunk and i know i seen caster whells on the bottom

Wow nice tube. I wonder how hard it would be to tear down a scooter and mount it on the bottom of a tube and put some type of controller on it.
