Thought it was kinda cool for anyone who is not sure what this bed fishing/spawning thing is all about. A little peak into the bass on the bed.

That is freaking neat! Can't believe you manage to say so close to it with a huge boat body without spooking it.

Bedding bass don't spook easy, their focus and main goal is to protect the nest. I've tossed 7" swimbaits in front of Big females and even drug a 1" jig over a dd females nose, she just flinched a tad, then turned around swam about 2' then came right back. Kinda cool to watch them guard their nests. The males (smaller bass) as seen in the vid get real territorial and will attack most anything that enters the nest. If the male can't get the job done, then the female, usually waiting near by will then step in and defend the nest.
