I got all of my super plastics for the 2012 season and I thought I would share photos of them with all of you. They have a new scented product with pro cure scent. One of our sponsors Very Happy well what do ya know.

These plastics are very tough and durable. I have on several ocassions caught lizard fish just holding onto the plastic and not the hook.
You can enlarge or go full size to see a little more detail. Thumbs Up

I like the crawdads one. Where did you pick those up at?
That's not enough baits for the whole year IMO, that's only a 2 and if lucky a 3 month supply for me lol

Online at Zman and Strike King

I assure you these plastics last a long time compared to regular plastics. A regular plastic curly tail grub will last once, twice and maybe three strikes before the tail gets ripped off . and you need to put a new grub on. This doesn't happen with these super plastics. I still have some left over from last season when I bought ten bags. Last year I was with my buddy Miguel on his Bay Runner and I caught spottie bass all day long on a white curly tail grub in San Diego harbor. If I didn't experience it myself I wouldn't have believe it. If someone told me they would put a curly tail grub on and catch fish all day long and not have to change the grub, I would say that isn't possible! I have done it, so I know it is. The hali's like the white curly tails and I use hot sauce or uni butter as my go to plastic.
Try it and you will see for yourself.
You will also realize these super plastics will save you a lot of money over the years because you won't be buying large quantities of the regular plastics anymore.

Well Jeff,
I think Zman and and Strike King could be two more sponsors to the site. You never have enough sponsors.

Nice looking baits Thumbs Up
Had a chance to talk to the z-man rep at the FHS... cool guy, long time tuber
I learned that buying from the z-man online store, you will be paying more than the stores because they do not want to compete with the stores price wise.
They are available in quite a few places if you look for them

Z-man has a facebook page that encourages you to post pictures of fish caught using their products for a chance to win free products

I just read that you cannot let these remain in contact with other types of plastics.
They will melt! Wink

We had the ZMan rep in our booth durring the FHS...cool guy! I remember when these came out a few years back. They were junk! The company has made a ton of changes and the new baits are awesome!

The only thing you need to keep in mind is they need to be stored away, not in the same box or bag, as regular plastics. If you do store them together might as well toss the bunch.

Jimmy's Outdoors has them in stock, stop by and check them out!

There were a few things that I learned from the z-man rep
I questioned him about some of the neg. reviews from when these came out a few years back about when you got a bite while fishing with a weedless worm hook, you would miss the fish because hook would not pull thru the bait and stick the fish. The solution is to rig the hook by pushing it thru the surface, then seating the point flush to the surface.

Also, a screw eye won't screw into them because they do not tear and that is what a screw eye is doing to a bait during insertion Shocked

His little demo tank was cool.
They float like crazy and are super flexible
The craw claws flapped when pulled thru the water
See if your standard craw claws do that. The one that I have does not.

A few years back I tried the curl tails grubs...thought they would kill the spotties in NPH. My only problem was I could not get them onto the jighead...they would just squish.

Not anymore...the new stuf works alot better!

Yes, I have made that mistake before.
As long as you keep them in their bags than you will have no problems.

Nice looking lures. I expanded my offerings a little by getting some custom Paul Krew hand poured lures. The minnows look amazing and the pics don't do them justice.
