I also picked up a nice Sand Bass on it in the 5 pound range, but my little bro had the camera and wasn't close so I tossed it back quickly.
We ended up fishing from 10:30PM to 4AM and drove home as the sun rose. Great night!
Gear used
65 pound Spiderwire braid with a 40 pound mono leader (cut leader off halfway into night after it was very frayed)
Abu Garcia Record 61 reel/Okuma Guide Select rod
Mountain Man Tackle 3/4 oz jig with 4" and 5" Salty Claws trailer. A few fish on a MMTackle 3/4 oz. head with 7" swimbait.
