East Palm Springs Private Lake

So, my buddy and I got off work, threw our gear in the back of the truck and decided to go on a last minute twighlight mission to our secret spot. It's not a big place but there is plenty of room to tube and 99% of the time we are the only two people there.

I caught this little guy with my new BPS Pro Qualifier. I still suck at casting it so I had to throw the line out in front of me and kick away from it. (DON'T JUDGE)

Round two. Couldn't wait a whole week to do this again. I got 9 today, all in the 8 to 11 inch range. My buddy once again got the biggest of the day and ended up with 7.

We stayed with 4 inch Jerkit as they are money n this little lake.

Also experimented with 5.5 inch pink bubble gum Senko Stick Bait. Had a nice strike right off the back but just a bit heavy for this lake. The bass hit shallow and on top. I want to try these a perris. I think they will do good there.

Wtg looks like a great time on the water

Had another great day at my local pond. Started off kinda slow but the bite picked up right about 2:00pm. Landed a 16 inch fatty LMB. Biggest I have seen there.

Unfortunately, no pics as I forgot that my iPhone was in the side pocket of my board shorts!!!! (Yes it's still warm enough to wet wade over here)

Definitely the most expensive fish I have ever caught!
