Thanks guys this was a real good upgrade from my Cumberland float tube, it sits up higher which is alot better for me chucking the big baits with these extra long rods, but I still love my Cumberland tube no dout! Wink

I think Minn Kota has a 30lb thrust motor.. I have a 50 for my inflatable boat and I know there is a smaller one, just not sure of the size..I went and bought a full on marine battery for mine.. sheesh.. it weighs about 40/45 lbs..still haven't used it yet.. thank you economy..lol..nice setup on the toon..where was the pic taken.. looks like a nice day out there..

Get a remote controlled one for ease of use with a small key chain controller. Minkota or motorguide, either makes a quaility product. depends on ones own preferences. I have a
motorguide.

I have a similar setup and love it, still use my tube as its easier to pack, carry and launch but when I'm on the salt or going to hit a larger body of water the toon in the way to go.

Nice!
I have the same toon, LOVE it!
I need to make a rear rod rack for mine.
I also have the FTF sonar mount and I added some scotty's adjustable rod holders on the frame just behind the storage pockets. works well there except when I need to use the oars but just a minor inconvenience.
I busted the seat back so I have to replace it, might as well add a swivel plate while i'm at it. My last toon had one and made reaching in the back easier.
really need to take a pic of my setup when i'm done.
